Service Charge:
All audio visual equipment is subject to a service charge of 15% for installation and dismantle.
Procedures and Conditions:
• All equipment will be setup at least (1) hour prior to function start time, pending room availability
• Pricing listed above is on per day/ per room basis
• Prices and equipment are subject to availability and change without notice.
• Minimum equipment rental is one day. Midnight to Midnight
• Any equipment cancelled within 24 hours of a function start time will be billed at full price.
• Any damage to equipment as a result of mishandling by guest will result in the guest being billed for repair or repurchase of equipment.
